LyricsFlow provides synchronized lyrics as a companion to music you are already listening to through licensed platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.). We believe lyrics display constitutes fair use and transformative use when used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

What we do

• Display text lyrics synchronized to the song currently playing on your device.
• Source lyrics from publicly available lyric databases (LRCLIB, Musixmatch, Genius) that license or permit display of lyrics.
• Enable personal, private use only — lyrics are rendered in a private overlay on your own screen.

What we don't do

• No audio recording or distribution. We do not record, store, or share any audio streams.
• No commercial exploitation. Lyrics are not sold, republished, or used for advertising revenue.
• No copyright circumvention. We do not bypass DRM, download music files, or enable unauthorized access to content.

User responsibilities

By using LyricsFlow, you agree to use the service solely for personal listening. You must not:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute lyrics from our service.
• Use lyrics for commercial performance, broadcasting, or publication.
• Automate requests in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.

Copyright claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with the details and we will review and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content where warranted.

Changes

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of LyricsFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
